On this page you can find my self-created songs and pieces of music. The songs were created using Magix Music Maker, a tool I’m using for years now to create royalty free soundtracks. The business model of Magix – a German company by the way – is pretty smart. They developed (and licencsed) highly professional core functionalities, and wrapped these into a modern, extremely easy and intuitive user interface targeted at amateurs and beginners. Then they produced a multitude of different applications at a budget price. In every software competition and shootout the Magix products always get highest appraisal, but since they are clearly targeted at a consumer audience, they don’t compete with tools for professionals and are smiled upon by said professionals. I don’t care though. The tool suits my needs.
