I was really angry and personally disappointed last May when a co-worker, who was new to the industry and got all his teaching at our company, quit and joined a competitor. Yesterday I learned that he has jumped horses again. Good riddance!

So he jumped horses again!? Maybe even to a company doing something completely different!? Here in DE he is allowed to do that. But what does it have to do with the tags ‘truthfulness’ and ‘honor’ and your headline ‘There’s justice in the world after all’?
Don’t get me wrong: I lost my fair share on employees the same way and most of the losses really pissed me off but on the other hand we still live in a free country where everyone is able to chose the employer he wants. And in the long run it is better that way. We’re not a dictatorship. Well … not yet.
